1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the Revolvist mobile application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The App and your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store's terms.
3. Premium subscription, billing and auto-renewal
The App is free to download and includes free features. A Premium subscription unlocks additional features (unlimited templates, full archive, advanced statistics, scheduled reminders, and more).
- Plans and price: Premium is offered as a monthly (3,99 €/month) or
yearly (24,99 €/year) auto-renewing subscription. A 7-day free trial may be offered to new subscribers. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of
purchase.
- Auto-renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled
at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Free trial: If you do not cancel before a free trial ends, it converts to a
paid subscription. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Managing and cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your
device's App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: Purchases are processed by Apple; refunds are handled by Apple
under its policies. We cannot directly grant refunds for App Store purchases.
4. Your content and data
You are responsible for the checklists, templates, and other content you create ("Your Content"). Your Content is stored locally on your device (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for keeping your own backups (the App provides an "Export data" function). To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss of Your Content, including loss caused by uninstalling the App, device failure, or use of "Reset state".
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law; (c) interfere with or disrupt the App or its providers; or (d) resell or commercially redistribute the App or the official template library.
6. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and the official Revolvist template library are owned by Daniel Nanescu and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in them other than the licence in Section 2. You retain all rights in Your Content.
7. Third-party services; Apple
The App relies on third-party services including Apple (distribution and payments) and RevenueCat (subscription management). Their terms and policies apply to their services.
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Daniel Nanescu only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App, and is not responsible for any product warranties or for addressing any claims relating to the App.
8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the template library will always be available or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Nanescu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including your mandatory consumer rights under EU/Italian law).
10. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end the licence if you materially breach these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. The courts of Turin (Torino), Italy have jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer rules.
